    not sure where you're going with this but the temperature of the tube would depend on how much flow the valve is allowing. i'd have to check to make sure but i don't think it would exceed 300 F unless the EGR is stuck open.

    What is the melting temp of the intake manifold which is constructed of nylon6 and what is the type of rubber or silicone that the stock intake snorkel made from and what is its meting temp?
