About LinkBacksWell today i got a phone call at work from my Step Dad....My new MSRT-8 died,stalled,wont start whtever it wont do. The F***ING CAR WONT START....I AM VERY VERY PISSED RIGHT NOW...the car has 148 miles on it i barely drive it i dont even use it i clean it and admire it ...NOW THE MOTHER F****ING Tow truck guy came to take it to the dealer and PISSES me off more sracthes my fron bumper cover underneath with his chain towing it on the flat bed...I cant be more PISSSED RIGHT NOW....i had my R/T for a 1 1/2 and never a problem this will start and wont maintain an idle stalls right out to start it i have to depress the gas to get it started the it stalls again what could this be...Yes its on its way to the dealer...BUT WHAT AM I GOING TO DO ABOUT THE BUMPER....

Yeah, I wouldn't be happy about that either. At least it was flat beded. Some don't know and hang it off the back of the tow truck. That breaks the suspension parts which would just add to your misery.
Get that starting problem fixed and then ask the tow company and/or the dealership about the scratches. If it had not died you would not have had to tow it and it would not have had the scratches.

Yeah they not going to do anything about it i can see it nowif they dont im driving it thru there front window or demand another car or a whole new bumper.....Im not paying all this money to have a sracth on a car that has 148 miles on it....i have had it 6 days thats it and its broke already i know things break granted but why should i have damge already...........

The tow company should be responsible. I just had my mag towed last Friday, and the chain also rubbed. The guy gave me an 'oh sh!t' look, and said "we'll look at that once it's on the truck." Leveled out the bed and I took a look, my whole fascia is wrecked under there from parking blocks anyway, so I told him no worries. Then he dragged my tips rolling it off of the truck. That was slightly less cool! I've done it before myself, so I told him not to worry. BUT, on bouth counts he was anxious to see if there was any damage and actually immediately offered to take care of it if there was. Your tow company should pay for a touch-up. If they can't get it pulled onto the truck, they should refuse the tow.

Thanks im going over to the dealer in a little while to check the car out after the tow...What caused the car to die and start then stall ....i just dont get it????

Don't piss around fighting with the tow company for damages. If the dealer was the one that hired the tow truck, the dealer is the one liable for any damage. The dealer pays you, and then they can chase the tow company for the money. Hopefully easier on your blood pressure that way.

The dealer already called and said they were told about it but didnt see anything well guess where im going tonite there to point it out to them.....Also i wonder what this is i got it started buy holding the gas pedal down it starts but wont maintain an idle...also it has a weird smell to it like sulfur coming from the exhaust...and this has 148 miles on it what a shame......Figures it would happen to me.... Could be a few different things, faulty fuel pump, computer issue, even bad gas. Had to throw that last one in there, having burritos fro dinner tonight.
