how much work is involved and is it worth it.

I have the chance to get a black carpet out of a Charger, which shows as the same part number as the 300...

I hate my Light Greystone carpet, because it always looks dirty, it seems I spend every other weekend with the steam cleaner getting the black spots off the drivers side..

so does anyone know how much effort is required to change the carpet?

I know the seats have to come out, which means I have to have the passenger seat recalibrated...

the console has to come out..... and the various plastic trim pieces have to be removed..

    is it worth the effort?

in addition I might also get Black Daytona Seats Front and Rear...

would this change be worth the time and $$ or should i leave it alone?

Carpet alone would look out of place.....I think.
The combo would look better...but I don't think I can picture Daytona seats in the 300.
If you are really looking to change keep looking for a SRT 300 interior.

I know - next to no help what so ever. :0

the Daytona seats are the same as the SRT8 seats, except the head rest has Daytona Embroidered in it, Which James at 22 Elite can fix for me by making me new head rest covers...

It is a smoking deal on the carpets and seats and I really want to do it, but I can't be out of a car for more than few hours to do the install....

    Oh hell - DO IT!
The Daytona (SRT-like) seats are great.
I would guess that unless you are experienced it will be more than a few hours to complete- give yourself a weekend in case there are probs.

I think it'd be worth it. I love dark interiors.

Sounds like a neat project. As stated before, maybe set aside a weekend. Get a buddy to help. One with a running car. Ya know you can never find the tool you need until you buy another one and if ya break the pushpins you'll need replacements. Might want to check with a dealer and get a sack of those before you start.
