    Question Hemi Head Work?

Has anybody done any headwork on their HEMI? Port work, extrude hone, intake exhaust port match. If so let us know your results. i.e. idle, torque, horsepower improvements.

Yeah I know, Warranty, Warranty, Warranty.

ME too. Some one out there is brave enough, hip national bank and all.

GSM sells heads that were worked over for the 6.1L motor. I know they were supposed to add a 5.7L package. Checking there websit, it looked like they gained 50+ hp and 50 ft-lbs. of torque. They have a dyno graph on their website.

I have seen results on the 5.7L truck applications. It is worth it on these motors. DCX has the exhaust side choaked up and both sides benefit from simple bowl porting. The MDS system will require you stick with the stock valves and valve springs, though.
