Help Needed .25 fan mod doesn't work...car getting hot

So I was on my way to the track today (running the 180* tsat as usual) when I notice my car is running around 220*..strange. I pull in to get some gas before the drag strip and when I go to put my .25 fan mod in it doesn't work, either on high or low fan places.

Can't find my owners manual...what # are the fan fuses?

Anyone have an idea what might be happening?

If you start it up with that particular jumper in place you will get a CEL. Instead jumper the front relay. It puts the big fan on high and no CEL when running the engine.

But in any case you should have both fans running on low speed with that jumper in place.

When IDSmoker and I developed this mod. last year, we DID NOT jumper that relay. We jumped relay NO. 39, which is the lower one of the two between the vertical rows of fuses on the left of your picture. You have the correct terminals though. I also marked mine (which relay and contacts) with dots of yellow paint, so I make sure I always get the correct one, and hook it up correctly. See the original article and picture:

YEah but that one gets too hot and melts the 12 gauge wire shielding so I use the other one

see I don't think yall are getting it...I put the wire into jump the post there and nothing happens. I checked with a test light and one side has power...it doesn't seem feasible to be able to connect s circuit and nothing happen.

fnkychkn wrote me this...can anyone tell me what that means in English...not Canidian
    "test fuses #22 & #24 using ohmeter.
with your jumper in place, check for voltage at rad fan connector C1 (4 way) pin 1 (dark green wire with dark blue tracer). should be battery voltage.
check continuity to ground at rad fan connector C1 pin 4.
check for battery voltage at rad fan connector C2 (2 way) pin 2 (red wire)."

the fan runs when the car is on, I checked. Also when the fan was running I pulled the relay out and put my wire in it's place and it ran with the wire in place...shut off the car and it stopped running...I don't understand, it never did that before.
