Help I keep hitting rev limit?

Not until recent has this become a problem. Lately I have hit the rev limiter with just about every heavy throttle. It mostly happens when I go to pass or try to WOT after moving. It happened twice today and a few other times this week.

My MODS:
Flashpaq settings are 91 oct. tune, reduced tq managment, stock shift points, tire size 28.5, 160 mph limit.

Magnaflow catback.

20x8.5 with 255/45r20

Its just werid that all the sudden it started happening, no diffrence in driving habits I have haf the flaspaq for months. Current Flashpaq is DB59.

This happens to me as well. I'm very interested to find out if there's a fix. Other than going back to stock.

Does that mean you haven't gotten the TCM updated like many of the rest of us? And no DB update lately, I guess? The current is DB61, just for information purposes.

Might be your tire size, if it is off - might cause the over reving?
