    Help...Dash dead then alive

Driving at night, radio on, look down to check speed...all gauges read zero (speed, tach, temp, etc)...EVIC appeared normal...within a minute all the icons in the dash are flashing on and off. Beeping, but no EVIC messages.. Gauges started bouncing off zero a few times, and all went normal. Got home pluged in SC...no DTCs...any ideas????

Had the same problem. Crack in your wiring harness. Have the dealer check it.

    Me too...

This has happened several times with my 05 Magnum R/T. It is becoming more frequent and I'm worried that it's a sign of a bigger problem.

Sandi, so we can tell the ever insightful techs at the dealership; which wiring harness & what part of the harness are you talking about?

    Thanks!

I'm not sure where the location of the wiring harness is but it's the one that has all the electrical wires connect into the dash. Took my dealer 10 months to diagnosis it on my '05 magnum.

    Exclamation

Could also be an Ignition Switch issue. Worse if you have a huge wad of keys hanging from it.
