Headlight assy removal
Can sombody tell me how to remove the headlight assy. from Magnum.
I don't know which screws to remove, and I don't want to change the alignment / aimming screws.

There are no alignment screws. Did you search? SOmeone else asked not too long ago, and the link for Grinner's how-to video got posted there.
At any rate it's easy. Two screws per headlight... one on the top that's real easy to get to if you remove the two-piece black plastic cover thingie on either side of the hood latch (it just pulls up, three clips per side). The other screw is on teh bottom edge. If you pull the six two-part plastic fasteners across the top edge of the fascia that gives you some slack to pry the fascia down. You can use an 8mm socket on an extension... kinda pry down the edge of the fascia under the headlight and you can get to the bolt, it's a straight shot. Have a magnetic pick-up tool handy for WHEN you drop that bolt :-) From there, there's a ball-and-socket type clip on the outer edge that just pulls out of place, then you kinda wiggle it around until it comes out of the opening in the fascia.
