    Great Dealership Experience

About 6 weeks ago, I took my car to the dealership closest to me to have the sunroof looked at. The sunroof would not seal properly and the wind noise became quite irritating at highway speeds. I drop off the car at 6:30pm(I love late-night service) and an hour later, the service department calls me back, telling me they need to order a part and they will call me to set up an appointment. I pick up my car and wait for the return call.

I get my car back and notice whoever looked at the sunroof left grease stains on the edges of the sunroof. No problem, the part will be here in a couple of days and I will advise service of this and get them to take care of this as well.

Well 1, then 2 weeks pass, no phone call. I know these things take time, but after 3 weeks I was starting to get a little upset. 4 then 5 weeks pass, still no phone call. Now I am very upset, but did not go over there because I was extremely angry.

With my defective sunroof and dirty headliner I decide to go to a dealership that is close to my work. I bring it for service in the morning, and the service advisor explains to me they will take a look at it and contact me. I fully expected them to call me and tell me they have to order a part. 3 hours later I received a call telling me it was all done. They wanted me to come back the next day to install the side curtains for the sunroof(the accordion pieces on each side) since they have to order them.

I attend the next day and they install the side curtains in 5 minutes. Whats even better is someone took the time to clean the headliner, no greasy fingerprints. They did not have to clean it, but they did anyway. I find the service manager and tell him I appreciate the great service I received. All in all a great job.

I am in Canada, and all I will say about the good dealership is that they are one of the supporting vendors on these forums. I had to travel "east" to find my "way" to the dealership(say the quoted words together and add "Chrysler")
All wheel drive, 420hp, pure American attitude. Would not have it any other way.

I personally travel over 50km to Eastway for my parts and service.

RIP Dave. Missed, but, not forgotten.

It'd be nice if there was a dealer worth driving 100 miles for in Ohio... But there doesn't seem to be.

    Thanks, Hazman
