Well, I finally got under the car this Saturday to see if my assumption was right about a bad tie rod causing the front end clunk that I've had for the last month or two. I was able to determine that the drivers side outer tie rod was inded bad as I could move it up and down and could actually hear the clunking when I was doing that. I went and got a replacement from Pep Boys and got it fixed. No too bad. Counted the threads when taking the old one off. Took her in to get an alignment and they said they couldn't do the alignment because the other one was bad too.The clunk was gone after replacing the drivers side so I though I was good to go. Guess not. I will try and get it done tonight.
