ok yesterday I received a TCM from another member, we are trading because his TCM allows the Flashpack to have features I want and locks out the features he wants and mine allows the features he wants and locks out the ones I want..



Now on my original TCM:

Paddle-Kick doesn't work (error message that feature not available)
the "5" in manual mode will not show.


On the New TCM:

Flashpack accepts Paddle-Kick mode, but it doesn't appear to be working, can someone explain to me how it is supposed to work cause my interpretation of it seems to be inaccurate:


I still don't get the "5" to appear in any mode programmed by the FP


lastly, with my original TCM I was idling at 680rpm

the New one I am idling at 530rpm -550rpm and have a terrible Shake while sitting in gear and stopped (in neutral it jumps to 700rpm and no shake)

no, dropped it in and it works fine, stock and with flashpack.

I think the problem is the farking flashpack.


anyone know how to go backwards on a flash pack update, I'm at 1.07 and from what I gather 1.01 -1.04 are the best.

Can't go back, you will get all but ignored if you ask them - been there done that.
Might try setting it to stock, resetting adaptives, and driving for a day or so, then reprogram SC. Your ECM / his TCM have learned different adaptives in different environments.

Autokick will only shift up at WOT - anything less will hold the gear.
