    Angry farkin idiot

    so im on my way back from beach burger last night and sum ******* rearends me 2 miles from house...top it all off motherfuker drunk........an hour l8r the cops get there and give him the field sobriety test and he fukin passes....motherfuker..........................oh did i mention he doesnt have insurance.....piece of **** cock smoker mutherfuker....sorry im a little mad

    they should of used a breathing machine to mesaure his alch. level. i can't stand people who drive drunk.. you should of insisted he was drunk..

    exact same thing happened to me a couple years back.....exactly like this. I wanted to beat him like a drum!

    police took about 45 minutes to arrive to the scene for mine too......pisser is the accident occurred less than 1 mile from the station.

    WTF took the police an hour to get there! I would use that as a defense. The guy who hit you should have been given the test alot sooner. Thats messed up. Good luck with it. I hope it works out in your favor.

    That sucks. I hope the damage was minimal as it was when I was rear-ended a few weeks ago by a driver w/ no license, no registration, no insurance, no speaka english etc...

    Most drunks read higher as time goes on, so maybe he wasn't as drunk as you thought. What really sucked was the fact that he has no insurance.

    An hour response from the Poli? Must have happened on a city streets. City cops are usually backlogged on calls all day. If you reported a traffic collision with a possible DUI, you may have gotten a better response. I can say for the CHP our response times are pretty good. Depending on how far away we are, our response times are approximatley 20-25 minutes.

    Sorry about your car. Hope it works out. Its pretty much a requirement now to have uninsured motorist policy on the insurance. This sucks cause you are basically paying for someone elses insurance. Oh well. Some day the laws will change and it will be a paradise to live in California.... (Yeah Right)
