I have a 2006 Dodge Magnum R/T 5.7L and I am looking for a new exhaust system. I was wondering what you guys have in mind. I would like to get a nice loud exhaust (like any other guy out there) for the best bang for my buck. Please let me know what you guys are thinking. Thank you very much!

Welcome to the forum. There are many brands to choose from for sure. There is no 1 brand that is preferred over others. Myself, I went for a relative newcomer to the exhaust scene called Solo. On my Challenger, the Solo X3 has "J Pipes" tucked up in each quarter panel. These J Pipes operate much like a sliding trombone and can be slid in or out slightly to tune out any drone. They are cool to the touch at operating temps. They come pretuned for the engine and model of car they'll go on. I did not need to adjust my J Pipes at all... no drone. To me, the car now sounds the way it should have from the factory; nice growl at idle/low speeds and very aggresive sound at WOT but not a deafoning roar. If you want to set off car alarms, this is not the system for you.

There's so much more to consider besides volume. This is the eternal question that cannot be answered by other people. Go to a LARGE LX gathering, and take a listen, see what suits your fancy. And one word of advice.... "Drone"
If you can solve your problem, then what is the need of worrying? If you cannot solve it, then what is the use of worrying?
I currently have Blastin Bob's 5db kit on my R/T. It is a nice improvement over the stock setup but it is not loud enough for me. I will be trying something else.

Corsa! One of the best exhaust systems out there. Nice sound during normal driving and loud as hell at WOT with no drone.
