    Employee Pricing July 1st?

Does anyone know for a fact that DC will do Employee Pricing? Will they do it on '06 Magnums?

I found one I want to buy, (in another state), dealer will swap.

I don't know if I should gamble and wait till Saturday, or buy it now with the $1000 off.

My thinking is I'll wait, and if they don't let me get the EP, I'll ask for them to sell it at the same price. (it's not THAT much below invoice.

Am I nuts for thinking this?

The savings by doing E.P. is $526.33 less than doing the $1000 off. So it's not huge.

I have 3 separate dealers that found this same car. I'd think one of them (if they know about the other 2) would give the E.P. price even if Chrysler doesn't.

Is the E.P. price negotiable? They claim it's not.

Calm down, the popular cars (Magnum R/T) is not included in the offer, always read the fine print.

What fine print? There doesn't seem to be concrete info on whether they're even doing it at all.

If you know where I can see this, let me know.

I bought my '05 Magnum RT on employee pricing last year, but I waited until September... they might not be offered right away, but if they're not moving fast enough then rest assured they will EVENTUALLY be offered.

I'm all set to drive down to get this car, with the dealers delivery guy (his dad). I didn't want a delivery guy hotrodding it all the way up, or following a gravel truck and getting it all chipped up. So, I get to ride down, and drive it back .

So, we'll see what happens to the price - I'm taking a small risk, but I think it'll be OK.

    I'll let you know.

Yes E.P. pricing starts on the first. So we have been pretty much sitting around all week.

Couldn't you just sell a car today at next weeks price, so you get the sale on Junes record? Just curious. Seems sales people of all businesses like sales at the end of the month.

btw, thanks for the info, all of you.

dealers are required to report their new car sales immediately and must date them for the date of contract. if they sold it in june at july's ep pricing, the manufacturer will not rebate the loss difference from their cost down to ep pricing( dealer would then actually lose a few hundred dollare).
