    Eibach Swaybars

Just recieved Eibach sways in mail for my mag, part # 2873.320 and im kinda bummed. I being curious measured the factory rear swaybar against the eibach one and the eibach one measures 2mm smaller. I know that doesnt sound like much but arent the aftermarket ones supposed to be bigger. Just wondering if anybody has any experience with the eibach sways or why an aftermarket company would make theirs smaller than factory. thanks in advance for any info

Eibach's are the worst sways you can get for these cars. The fronts are only 30mm which is the same as SRT fronts and the rears are actually 2mm smaller than stock SRT rears. Not a big enough upgrade to warrant the price for an RT and useless on an SRT. I'd go Hotchkis or Mopar.

Not sure about Eibach, but hte Mopar rear sway is HUGE compared to stock.
Front is larger, just doesnt stand out the same.

A lot of people swear by Hotckis

After your friend notices the smaller size, you may need to hide for a bit.

Personally I would only buy Hotchkis (and did) because nobody else publishes numbers... but food for thought. Even if the bar is the same size or smaller, if it's a significantly stiffer metal it will still be an improvement.

I'd take anything a manufacturer says about their own product with a grain of salt. Lets not forget that a K&N air filter adds 26HP to our HEMIs! lol.

I installed the sways and noticed a good reduction in body roll.

50 to 70 is a pretty big swing... but good, at least that's something.

Highly doubt 50-70. Again, manufacturers claim....uh no. I'll take independent tests anyday.
