Drug Rep LX's

I was chatting with a couple of reps from Forest Pharmaceuticals yesterday as they were driving a Magnum. I asked if it was a company car and yes it is. One rep was driving the other until he gets his Charger. They said that the company offers either a Magnum, Charger ro Impala.

Impala's are ready for delivery, but the Mag's & Charger's have an 8 week order date.

Guess all the reps will be driving our beloved LX's

i know a guy who reps for a big meat company, and he was driving an SE Magnum as his company car....

Seimens Building Technology division is located next to where I work and they have about 12 LX company cars. I am estimating 5 Magnums, 6 Chargers and 1 Chrysler 300.

While it is nice to see all the LX's parked in the parking lot, they are all extremely dirty and unkempt. A few had big dents, and one looks like it is leaking tranny fluid. Makes me sick to see them treated like crap.

I have a friend in Tucson who used to work for Forest. Now he works for another Pharmaceutical company and they offer Magnums too. I'm not sure what he is getting. There is an insurance company in town that drives white Magnums. I don't remember the name.

I was out at lunch one day, and spotted a guy putting something in the back of his Mag, so I wandered over to talk, figuring we could shoot the breeze for a bit (hey, isn't every LX owner a car person?). Nope, it turns out it was a company car (think it was an SE), and while he liked it well enough, didn't want to talk about it.
