    Question Data Log and Trans Temp Question!!

    OK, i just changed out the o rings on the electrical connector on the trans. I'm trying to get the trans fluid back to the correct level. I plugged up the pred and laptop and started to look through the PIDs and couldn't find Trans temp? What category is it? file name?

    i've worn the search button out lately. Haven't found anything on checking temp with the data log feature. I read about using an IR temp gauge and one using a thermometer. Just wanted to use the computer thinking it would be the most accurate. Also i tried to find a thread about making your own makeshift dipstick out of a titon strap (big zip tie) but can't find it now that i'm looking for it!
