    Dash Lighting Color?

    I've noticed on a few pictures of the 08' that the dash and buttons and crap, lights up blue vs green. I'd prefer the blue, wondering if anyone has done the mod yet, or if anyone would know how?

    Plz put forward suggestions and comments, thanks in advance!!!

    Im goning to try and make mine red
    His Magnum,05 SE Black
    Blacked out Tail lights, Padded vinyl arm rest, Red LED Lit Cup Holders, Red LED Under Car Lights, LOTS of Custom Billet, Shaved Rear, Leather Shift Knob With Red Stitching, $5 license plate mod., Alpine V12 Amp, and a cheap 10 sub. Some Paint Under Inside, Red LEDS in the cargo area.
    Parts Waiting to be Installed
    LEDs in foot wells, Factory UConnect, Factory 6 Disk CD Player, New Tires, and Lugs
    Her Magnum,05 SXT Black
    My Truck, 1978 Ford F150
    Her Truck, 1974 Ford F-250 Highboy
    My Toy, 1982 Mazda RX-7
    Her Toy, 1971 VW Bug

    THAT DOESN"T HELP... LOL...

    Ya i guess i'll have to pull my dash apart and see how it's lighted and go from there....

    See what's green that i can change to blue....

    Anyone have any ideas?

    There was some on that put Photo Lighting lenses in side their gauges. Search it. There was a link to another site.

    Changing the dash lighting isn't so hard as behind the gauge faces is a solid light panel that you can put a piece of tinted film over to change the color. The lighting that comes from the A/C control unit is totally different. The lights in there are actually part of the curcuit board and are not sevicable, (unless you are really handy with a soldering gun). I had one burnt out, and instead of changing a bulb, they replace the whole control unit. As for the rest of the lighting on the dash, I would think it is all very similar to the A/C unit.
