About LinkBacksMy sunroof has some damage, and I'm wondering if it's possible to change just the glass panel. The mechanism itself is OK. Anyone have a how-to?

Is this something you "want" to do yourself? I would try a glass shop or a sunroof installer if you have one local. Last resort would be the dealer--I don't even want to know what they would charge.

Well, no... I was just thinking that if it was a few bolts and an easy swap, I'd tackle it.

Headliner would be the first thing to have to come down.
I think i would take it to the glass shop.
I had the roof assembly out of my 80 New Yorker but i don't remember how the glass came out .
