Mopar will still exist, it will be handled by an outside company. We will not loose are Mopar stuff.

The two paragraphs in the article posted thatr I find of importance are:
Mopar provides auto parts and accessories for the company's vehicles. Chrysler wouldBasically, the parts and brands are still Chysler/Dodge parts... but moving from factory to the field will no longer be..keep the Mopar brand while transferring warehouse operations to another entity, the people said.
Chrysler Transport coordinates hauling of supplies among plants and offices in the U.S. and Ontario, Canada. Chrysler in February said it would consider exiting the transport business.
the BRAND mopar will still be chrysler as well. So in reality... its a no op..
If they were created today, they would NEVER consider owning distro.. no one does anymore.What would the US do if Mexican Drug lords lauched rockets from Tijuana?
