car won't start, need some info.

this blows, I get to take leave this weekend and I come home to a car that won't start. At first its an obvious battery problem. Interior lights are barely lit and a turn of the key lets out a tatatatatatatat sound. Ok so I replace the 160 dollar battery from one of the few places you can get it due to the patent on the battery. Battery is replaced and and all seems normal but my hemi just won't come to life. wtf....?

Maggie probably been dead for a couple weeks since the last time I drove her was towards the end of Jan. Anyway is there any possibility that my CMR tune may have been erased if the car sat dead for an exteneded amoun't of time? If thats the case I can hook up the diablo and and take her out this weekend.
