Just wondering if anyone here has any experience with cancelling a DC service contract. Wondering what you need to do to prove cancellation mileage to them.

It was a major league pain in the rear. They pretty much did everything in my case to delay and ignore me. I went through the process about 4 times over a 6 month period before I actually got a check. Others had no problems. I was told by a dealer that it is common for them to give you a hard time because they don't want to lose the money. Good luck.

The only time I've ever done it is when I traded a vehicle that had one.
My process was actually quite painless. I just went back to the original dealership where I bought my Ram and gave them my DC Gold Warranty Card. They took it and punched in a few buttons on the computer and about a week later a check arrived.
You can call the number on your warranty card and they will tell what the turn-in value of your warranty is.
When I traded in my 2006 300C for my 2008 300C SRT8 the dealer got on their computer and cancelled both my maintenance and extended warranties. I got the checks in less than a week from Chrysler. It was really easy. Regards, Bob.

DREAMSICLE IS FOR SALE. SHE MUST GO!!!! PM ME FOR MORE DETAILS ON HER!!!!
I cancelled my extended warranty with no problems other than the fact that they made me go to the original place of purchase. All I provided was the bill of sale which showed the mileage of my trade in, they took a copy of it and filled out a form and sent it in. I got a check about three weeks later. For about eight and a half months of use and 5500 miles I got a good portion of what I paid back.
the best and easiest way is go to the dealership where you bought the car

Yup. The selling dealer can make it much easier for you. i got mine back in a week but I had to write to the dealer as they were out of state. I used the odometer statement from my trade-in as proof of the mileage at trade-in. That's all I needed. Don't trust the DC service contract website to give you an estimate of the refund value of your contract. When I first tried to do it through the web, it told me I wasn't entitled to a refund. But when I wrote to the dealer, I got a check right away.

JESUS CHRIST is my President!
The dealership the car was purchased from is no longer a Chrysler dealer - just Honda now.
I bought a 7/70 plan. Had it 3 years/65,000 miles. Never filed a claim against it. If I cancel it at 65k, till they take the administrative fee out, I get zip. How do they know if the car has 65k or 35k on it?
I took me about 6 month to get a refund from those boneheads. They did everything they could to delay the process so you would say screw it and forget about it. I couldnt go to the dealer because I had purchased the truck in North Carolina. Good Luck to you and try not to lose your temper
The dealership that cancels the contracts with you will need to verify the mileage. So, bring your vehicle and the contract numbers and you shouldn't have a problem.
I canceled two contracts and also had my checks within a couple weeks..
I did exactly the same as vp0219 and got my refund check in the mail in about 3 weeks!
