Can you name this part?

I spotted this tag while doing some modding recently. I tried to look up the part number that's displayed, but it doesn't come up as valid through Makeitmopar.com. You can see it back behind the bumper where the wiper fluid jug use to be.

Anyone know? I'm just curious..

Got the same sticker mine says Police 5.7 or something? Mines a Charger. It's part of the front frame member.

I've been searching the e-Fiche for this part #- couldn't find it. It is definetely the front craddle, the number is probably an internal number for the craddle with the appropriate mounts and suspension parts already installed for vehicle assembly.
