Can you get cutouts AND a resonator delete?

Would getting cutouts AND a resonator delete make it louder than getting just cutouts? And when getting cutouts, do they make the cut before or after the suitcase muffler?

And would getting cutouts reduce back-pressure, consequently reducing low-end torque? If so, is it only when the cutouts are open?

sorry but resonators have nothing to do with how loud the cut outs are going to be cus the cut outs will be behind the Catts... so if you have no cats and just headers then it will be louder.. but the resonators go behind the mufflers most of the time....

the cutouts will be way louder than any exhaust mod you do.They are installed at the midpipe.Your reso delete is for everyday driving were as the cutouts are way to loud for daily driving unless you want to attract attention from your local police.
