Can factory security alarm be enabled?

My 09 Challenger R/T didn't come with the factory security alarm, it's part of another electonics package that I gon't have.

The Red security light exists on my instrument cluster (and lights up). Can the factory security alarm be enabled?

Nobody has found it somewhere deep in the Starscan menus?

As far as I can tell it needs an add-on box to be functional, but things might have change in the last few years.
