Can the "Base" TPM System be Easily Converted to "Premium"?

I have a 2007 Magnum R/T RWD, with an idiot light that glows when one or more tires have low pressure. The owner's manual describes a "premium" setup, where the EVIC would display actual tire pressures by corner, similar to my brother-in-law's 300C. Does anyone know whether there is an easy way to convert to the "premium" system? Are the harnesses installed, and all that is needed are some transponders? Would EVIC automatically recognize the change? Or should I resign myself to using my $5 tire gauge to check the pressures regularly, and rely on the light to let me know if anything is unusual.

checked on an '06 once and the harness wasn't there. not sure if the EVIC would recognize it if it was.
as for the $5 tire guage, splurge a little and buy yourself a quality guage.

Even IF the wiring was there, other than the three transponders you would need the correct WCM/SKREEM module, as the TPM system is run by the WCM. You'd have to reprogram all of your keys. There is several different WCM's available so it's kind of expensive to do such a conversion if the cluster recognizes it. Better go get that gauge.
