Something else that may interest people...

One of the tools we use (mainly on the OE side) is a reference book/CD by Global Insight. It comes out every month and one of the things this reference has is an outline of what the future vehicles are. This reference is usually right on the money.

Here are some interesting things (the dates are all model year dates):

    2006 - Crossfire convertable added

2007 - Seabring new design which uses the 3.5L V6

2006 - Seabring Sedan new design, possible 3.5L V6, RWD, possible AWD

    2006 - Charger, coupe or convertable, 3.5L V6 or 5.7L V8 HEMI, RWD, uses M-B components

2005 - Durango, add TRR model with hybrid powertrain

2006 - "entry SUV", new model based on next generation Neon

2004 - Neon, discontinued, replaced by Dodge Tall Wagon

2007 - Stratus, new design, replaces Stratus '01 and Stratus Coupe, cued on Dodge Avenger concept, possible 3.5L V6, AWD

2005 - Tall Wagon, replaces Dodge Neon, 4D & 5D body styles, will most likely be renamed

2005 - Viper, add GTS Coupe

2005 - Grand Cherokee, new design, might adapot Liberty cues

2005 - Liberty, minor styling changes, TDI engine option

    2008 - Liberty, new design

2006 - Scout, new model, 2.4L 4l with 3.7L V6 option, slotted below Wrangler, possible self-stowing back seat

2006 - Wagoneer, new model, slotted above Grand Cherokee, 4WD, possible 5.7L V8

2007 - Wrangler/Wrangler Unlimited, new design, styling cues from Icon, Jeepster, Willys

The possible 3.5L V6, AWD sounds interesting. I wonder what they'll use for a tranny and transfer case. :D Hmmm, AWD MTrepid.
