Blue smoke is caused by excessive oil being burned in the combustion chamber. My guess is that you had an accumulation of oil in the throttle body/plenum area caused by EGR gases condensing in that area. That is why a lot of Hemi owners are installing catch cans. The oil vapors condense in the catch can instead of the intake plenum. You might pull the spark plugs to look for signs of oil fouling. With the engine turned off, take the intake tube off of the throttle body, open the throttle body manually and shine a light in the plenum area to look for accumulated oil. You might also notice that the back of the butterfly valve for the throttle body is black. That is from the EGR oil vapors. You can run a can of Seafoam or Mopar throttle body cleaner through it to clean it out. Otherwise, I wouldn't be concerned about it.
