ARRGGHHH...more stealership fun

My clearcoat is coming off AGAIN (only worse this time - 9 different spots the size of a dime or larger) from the front bumper. See this thread from the first time How do I get them to FIX THIS? So I schedule to take it in the the CHEVY dealer next door since this "5 star dealership" doesn't even have a body shop. The first fix was to wet sand the clearcoat.
I schedule to drop my car off at the Dodge dealership at 7am this morning to perform PCM/TCM flash and replace the rear hatch shocks, then they are to take it next door for the clearcoat ASAP.
I get a call at 12:30 this afternoon saying they are "scheduling my car in as early as this afternoon to look at it". WHAT? An hour worth the work, 7am appointment, and 5 1/2 hours later you call to say you hope to look at it this afternoon, knowing it needed to get next door.

Now no car until at least tomorrow night. Next call is do DCX regional guys as soon as I find the number. Just had to vent a bit before I call the dealer back.......
