i need color matched vinyl (CV) for the side marker lights to hide them and once i repaint my bumper im just going to fill them in anyway but i need a temp solution anyone make or have them

Yes and no.

I highly recommend Reflective Concepts. Great communication, and great product. I had club decals made when I was in Atlanta.

I can't speak to any vendors here who may or may not have this type of product. The one and only time I've needed vinyl decals, Reflective Concepts was who I bought from, and had a great experience.
