Their Phone as been been on autoanswer for quite sometime...PM's & email unanswered

I've been waiting on a set of heads for about 3 months now.. From what I've been told, they're trying to catch up on back orders.

I been waiting on another order from back in June as well. Given that their performance and customer service record which has alway been top notch ...hopefully they will be able to adjust and get back to shipshape here soon.
