There are actually 2 different companies doing them. The other is ASC and there has a full length center console instead of the hoop bar that NCE uses. It looks more attractive but you lose the back middle seat - thus transforming the car into a 4 seater.

I like that NCE keeps it a 5 seater but sit in the back seat before you buy it. The one I sat in the back seat was so upright that it would hurt to ride more than 5 minutes in it.

I saw that set-up at SEMA on the 300C. That "Hoop Bar" set-up I thought looked like crap. If you can get a side view picture of the set-up you'll see what I'm talking about, just my opinion though. Kinda looked like Santa's sleigh with a nice blanket wrapped tightly over-it. And like mcaesar said the back seats looked unforgiving.
