300 steering wheel to Magnum question

Will a 300c steering wheel work as a direct replacement with the Magnum steering wheel?

Meaning, the wood top 300 replace the leather wheel in the magnum?

Will lack of or not steering wheel controls be fine? Are they molded the same way?

And is this a DIY job?

    Thanks,
    Andrew

Wheels are directly interchangeable. If you have the steering wheel controls they'll swap right over with the wiring harness. The switches just snap into the wheel.

It's DIY IMO. You'll need a hex drive socket for your torque wrench. The bolt holding the wheel on has a hex recess & a purty sporty torque.
Disconnect the battery and let it sit the prescribed time before fritzing with the airbag. You'd not like the airbag going off in your face.

If you're looking at the wheel motorcitycam has for sale on ebay I'd stay away from that. I've observed ebay rule violations on his part and reported him twice.

thanks Robin. Its from a local member, erna. Local Dodge Shop quoted $85 if no problems and obviously no warranty.
