Wow, if they didn't have a Crown Vic on the passenger seat, the light wouldn't have come on for the seat belt....

DCX kinda shows how they favor the 5.7 charger over the 5.7 magnum by making the charger capable of 150 MPH while the magnum is only 134...pretty much the same car and the charger can go 16 MPH faster????? I don't get it.....
She will always be missed

Impressive. Safe to say the LX's "should" be the new persuit vehicles.
notice how the Hemi's literally crushed everyone on acceleration to 100mph![]()

yeah I don't how they let the charger go much faster then the Mag...but hey they figure they will sell more of those since the mag is considered specialty use.
good find Mr.niftie!!!

Its about the tires folks.
Yeah that's lame to cripple a car over tires. It's the same car...

I guess the cops didn't try Superchips... LOL!
OK, so if being chased by a Magnum, floor it, if it's a Charger, pull over.

Actually, they tested an off the rack 3.5 liter Magnum and labeled it special service/not pursuit rated. They had a police package 3.5 liter that was pusuit rated. If you noticed the 3.5's gave the CV some competition. Shoot, the POS Impala smoked the CV in virtually every performance test, including a top speed of 142 MPH to the CV's 130.
I really miss my CV...

And the Magnum and Charger braking distances in either engine trim are in a class by themselves. At the HEAD of the class of course.
