    Unhappy 06 RT awd issue

I have had my RT just over a year ( bought may 2005) and have quite a list - either i am too picky or ???
i have about 23000km( 14000miles) and here is a list i took int the dealer ( they seem to fix within a reasonable time frame but still frustrating)
Transfer Case binding: the transfer case binds first thing in the morning - 5 mile of driving and all is okay. all was okay until after towing my travel trailer up through the mountains( weights about 3000lb loaded). dealer is replacing planetary and fuild as per TSB
warped rotors: now that car is over 1 year dealer will not warrent
Uconnect: talk button has black paint rubbed off - white picture of phone is still there - result is red light at night is very distracting
sunroof rattle: 2 dealers have told me that this is the plastic baffle on left side - if i hold my hand on trailing edge rattle stops - has anyone else seen this?
Tires: self sealing contis - need I say more?
Right pull: at what point did they fix this - this is a very early 06 - early may 05 to be exact.
Trailer wiring: Dealer screwed up on wiring - reverse lights not working.

earlier on in cars life - engine end seal leaking....oil pan leaked ( AWD shafts go THROUGH the pan)

am i being unreasonable? Goods thing i bought the extended warrenty that at least gives me rental car.

I have the same thing.. my driver side sunroof rattles like crazy.. my dealer is currently looking into it. I know there is a tsb regarding the sunroof but it required the removal of the entire headliner.. im not to happy about that.

You paid good money for your car, if you are not satisfied with the way the parts are wearing i would demand that it be replaced. Ride them until that warranty expires!

This one is news to me the RWD's had an issue with the right pull but not the AWD's. I have an 05 AWD, Feb 08, 2005 build date and it's straight as an arrow.

AWD + tow = police package?

I had an interesting talk with the service tech today. I asked him why the service manual says fuse 6 is ( something like) front body computer) and on my car it is the fuse for the center console power outlets. He said that an AWD with Tow is unique in that is is a Police package and that fuse 6 " is meant for police relays" and a few other changes can be done to the flash the computer with the police package. Does this change the specs?

can any one confirm or deny this? FNKY?

    thanks!

AFAIK, fuse 6 (15 amp) is a B+ feed to the FCM (front control module). fuse 9 (20 amp) feeds the console mounted power outlet. are you sure you weren't reading it upside down?
AFAIK, police spec. is not available in AWD.
Izzy pics money talks. unfortunately, mine usually says... "good bye!"

Spot on as usual fnky. Tried to get some police spec Magnums for our Customs dog handlers. Can get the police pkg, in the 3.5, but not with AWD, simply not offered. Went with the AWD anyways because I figured the only part of the police pkg that was really needed were the upgraded brakes, and the 3.5 AWD's have the good ones aready. We rip out the back seats, and cargo area and put in the dog cage anyway. There is no heavy electrical load because these cars are not marked, and no light bars. No need for push bar either.
