MEET N' GREET/SHOW N. SHINE IS ON FOR MARCH 12, 2005!!
Date: March 12th. 2005
Time: 9:30 AM-2:00+PM Flights begin at 10:00 AM
Place: Lake Elsinore Soaring Club, Skylark Airport, Wildomar, CA
www.soarelsinore.org for map and more info on the site.

Meet and Greet, SHOW N' Shine, Glider orientation flights available, certain
weight requirements apply. Cost of flight: $59.00 (Non-profit Club)
All flights will be made in 2 place gliders with FAA certified Commercial
Pilots. You will be given a chance to take the controls during a 20 to 30 minute flight.
Your host, MAGNM8R, will be providing a BBQ lunch of Hot dogs,
Hamburgers, side dishes and sodas.
Bring the family for a fun day, watch the skydivers, and gliders, take a
flight if you wish and have some lunch in a neat setting. Picnic tables and an outdoor
restroom facility are available.
Well behaved pets are also welcome.
A Magnum only parking area will be established.

The field is dirt, so expect some dust on your Magnum, bring
your CA Duster along! Some good photo ops are available with
backdrops of retired DC 3 aircraft, etc.

Please RSVP ASAP, as we need to plan the food and make plans
for pilots and aircraft.
I will need: # in your GROUP for lunch, # interested in a flight.

I'm Putting you on the list, what is more important, work, or fun??
We need to get the priorities straightened out here! Would you like to fly a real sailplane also?? i am considering putting together a "Best of Show" trophy to get some of the locals off the couch!!!
We have 6 Magnums and about 17 people so far counting Kids.
Please confirm, do you want ME to call your boss, hell, invite him and pay for HIS Glider Flight!! Raise coming soon??

None! I am surprised, lots of LX owners live close by, and this is a fun event that is also family friendly. I will try and work on some more commitments this week.
They sure can't say the Wife won't let 'em get away, bring 'em along for a fun day!!

Ooohhhhh the peer pressure got to me.........sign me up (I see you already did) and for $59, I am down like a clown for that glider ride. Do ya think they will let me snap pics with my digi camera during the flight?

Not sure on a guest.......or the pup, would have to find someone who was comfortable (and trustworthy) around Rotts that would watch him (and not steal him) while I am up soaring with the angels.......... :D

And yes, I am DYING to get an AWD SRT-8 ASAP. I am moving to Seattle and figured that was a perfect excuse to buy this sucker now.

Gotta have AWD for those slippery PNW roads and goin to the ski resorts. 8)

Bring the Cameras!! Bring the Rott (as long as he is well behaved.) There is a resident dog, Stearman that runs the place. My daughter or I will watch him while you fly.
I have you inked to fly also. You can take all the photos you want, be sure to take the controls also, the piolt will let you fly as long as he feels safe!
The rest of you locals get on the ticket!
I want to have 10 Magnums signed up by tomorrow!!
