Flowmaster, the presenting sponsor of the Hot Rod Magazine Drags, has just announced a major bounty for their customers competing at this special event. The Hot Rod Drags will take place as a part of the Nitto Tire NMRA/NMCA All-Star Nationals at zMAX Dragway in Concord, NC, the weekend of Aug. 6-9, 2009.

Special Flowmaster Bounties:

  • $1,000 and a Hot Rod Drags jacket will be awarded to each of the fastest Ford, GM, and Mopar class competitors at the end of Saturday's qualifying. Flowmaster will double the $1,000 cash prizes to $2,000 and give the winners $250 Flowmaster leather jackets if they race with Flowmaster mufflers on their cars.
  • Flowmaster will also award $250 leather jackets to all Quick 8 Hot Rod Drags Heads-Up class competitors who race with Flowmaster mufflers on their cars.
