Is there a code word or program name to DROP that may get others the same discount?

I get the same deal through my work. We have to call up a 1-800# and verify our employment, in turn they give us a control number (acquired through Chrysler) to give to the dealership upon purchasing the vehicle.

The verifying employment part makes it tough to give away control numbers

Oh yeah, it's not THAT big of a deal really. I've found for the most part I can go in and buy most vehicles for invoice or maybe a couple hundred over. On a $30,000 vehicle, our discount is only $300 below invoice. So you're only saving $300-500, but money is money I guess! Plus I suppose it helps in a 300C or Magnum RT situation where you're going to be hard pressed to find one for invoice for the first few couple months.
