New Magnum owner from Oregon here

I just picked up my silver steel Magnum RT last week and figured I'd say hello. I admit, I've been lurking on this board for about a month while I tried to figure out what car to get. I finally settled on my RWD RT. It's pretty stripped down, compared to the average '06 RTs that were on the dealer lots. I ended up with the comfort convienance pack, electronics package, and sunroof. It's just what I wanted, though.

I wanted to thank everyone on this board for all the great info. I think this is the best LX forum out there.

Welcome, I am in Southwest Washington, 100 miles north of the state border. Your car is very similar to mine except mine is Magnesium. Do you ever go up I-5? I see some Silver Steel Magnums mostly passing through. That is a beautiful color.

I took it up I-5 once so far. Had to sell off some old rims to a guy from Seattle, so I met him half way.

It's funny, I had my heart set on getting a black one until I saw this color. That was it for me. I really like the look of it with the lighter tan (Greystone) interior.

Where was halfway? We live just below Centralia. That's close to half.

We have same interior and we really like it too.

Not that I've heard of, but you can always try to get one going. So far, it's been hard to get a good turnout for any get together of PNW LXers. With more people from the area here now, maybe something will happen this year!

Welcome Silver Steel Oregonian from a Silver Steel Arizonan. I wonder if there are production numbers per color. The Silver Steel is rare here in Arizona. Enjoy!
