    New to LX Land...

    New to the forum, from Wichita, Ks. I just got an '08 Magnum SXT on Tuesday, and so far am loving it! I found this site, and have been reading up. I'm an avid forum user on many motorcycle related forums on Delphi. I just paid my scooter off, so figured I should get a Magnum. I've always loved the Magnum, and really wanted a Hemi, but not this time. My wife will actually drive the car most of the time, as I ride unless it is raining or snowing.

    I've always been a car/bike guy, and have had some great cars over the year. Two of my favorites were a '71 Monte Carlo with a 400 that ran and looked GREAT!! I also had a '71 Lemans T-37 (Poor mans GTO )that was a pretty solid car as well. I always like to put my own touch to my cars and bikes, and the Magnum is an excellant canvas to work with!

    My wife used to have a little Subaru WRX that was pretty quick, but she really loves the ride and handling of the Magnum. I look forward to learning more about the LX platform and getting to know some folks.

    Welcome, we have a little in common, I used to have a 72 lemans with a 455 and am from wichita also.
