    Smile New to the board: #981 Plum Crazy Daytona

    Hi All,
    Saturday, I traded in my 2001 Corvette Z06 for a new 2007 Daytona R/T (#981 Plum Crazy). I wasn't sure how much I would miss it, but honestly, I am missing the Vette a lot less than I thought. Here are pictures of the Vette (before I stripped it down and made it as close to stock) and my new Daytona:

    I traded a really tricked out 2000 Mustang GT for my 06 GoMango. I wasn't sure at first but I truly love my Charger now. Being a GM enthusiasts myself though, my trade was easier to swallow than yours! Enjoy.

    Amazingly, I don't really. The 01 Z06 was rated with 385hp. I also have a 400hp 86 Monte Carlo SS that has about the same acceleration as the Daytona. The Daytona is making me consider getting rid of the SS now, as well. Then, I'll have no GM products in the driveway :( only Dodge's (got my wife a new 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT Sport to replace her 2002 Ford Escort ZX2). Here is a picture of the SS...if anyone is interested in it. Have plenty of spare parts available for it too...
