Hello everyone,
I joined this forum just a few days ago. I am in the process of buying my 300c and have learned so much form you guys in such a short time. I think it's wonderful that this forum exists.
Its truely amazing to me that so many are able to come together and share their knowledge, insight and above all passion. I have been around cars for a long time and always thought of buying a classic car. I had my heart set on a 70s Cevelle or something like that.
A few years back I thought the hope of future classics was dead. It seemed that kids just didnt have a passion for cars anymore. I was frustrated that my own kids where not into cars as i was.
The car industry seemed to move towrds low end Imports like Hondas. I just couldn't conceive of the idea of drooling over 25 year old Cavalier or Sunfire.
I was elated when I first saw the 300C. When I heard that it was available with a Hemi, I was orgasmic. I have owned some awsome cars in the past Jags, Mercs, BMWs but nothing has excited me as much as the 300C. It reminded me of everything I could want from the proportion of a 70's car but with all the awsome technology that is available today.
In just a few days I have heard from a few of you guys. I am so appreciative of the kindness and how generous people can be!
Once again, thanks to all for sharing your passion in this forum and I hope to be able to make a useful contribution in the very near future.
Congrats, you've found a bunch of people just like you!
Now check your wallet and go drive an SRT version before you make the final decision.
It's not for everyone, but for some of us, we took one drive and we were....
After all, when it comes to toys, the SRT 300 is the king! It's got 'em all...
