HVAC issue with my 2005 300

hey guys, need help with my 05 300 3.5lx.
Hvac controls seem to have no power.
rear defroster, recirculate, and a/c buttons dont function
Blower motor does not blow.
Fuse 41 is good, defroster fuse is good.
No label for which relay does which, so i cant check them
Also the restraint fault lamp is on. In the right side of the cluster in the main dash.

Any help would be great. -5 driving to work is chilly.....
