Hello from the Hudson Valley

Technically, this isn't my first post, but I should probably toss one in here anyhow.

Bought my 05' SXT/AWD the day before Thanksgiving. I wasn't actually planning on buying a car that day, but the dealership that I bought my 00' Sebring JXL from, sent me a letter telling me they were giving good deals for trade-in's on the 00' Sebrings.

So for giggles, I decided to go see what they had. On the lot, they had this one, lone, used Magnum. It was beautiful. Sat in it, and I actually fit, (I'm 6'5" and 270, so it's hard to find anything that fits well.), and it had a sun-roof.

So, long story short, I ****ered with my guy, and we worked out a trade-in, finance thingy, and I've been in love since. My fiance think's I've gone completely insane, in how anal I've become in keeping "The Beast" clean.

First two mod's I've done, was the remote start unit, which is needed up here in the chilly north, and the Jet Chip Stage I, which I did myself. And to add further fuel to the fire, yes, I've seen a serious improvement after installing the chip, much, much tighter tranny control, and some improvement in overall pickup.

There are more mods in the works, (as you can see by the signature), and as soon as I get a nice day up here, and some time, I'll take a picture of my baby.

Anyhow, I've been lurking here since a few days after buying my Magnum, and decided it was time to come out of the shadows, and join you guys. The collective "you guys" have been a great source of help and information.

Welcome to you from our 300C in WV! Ours was Certified Pre-owned to... but to us it's a good as a brand new car and at a better price!

Welcome Grelf! I'm sure we bought our Magnums at the same dealership. Keep an eye out for mine and post some pics of yours soon. I never get tired of looking at Magnum pics.
