egr problems
i have a dodge 1500 hemi. my egr valve is stuck open. i capped it off and insatlled a diablo pred. i cant turn the egr off as it is the new model. what are my options.

A couple members on here still have the later version software for the diablo which had the option for egr shut off.

mine is the u7137. ill try again. talked to diablo and they gave me the run around. saying they cant sent me the file as it is the law. i live in alberta cananda. we dont have emissions check out here. does it turn of the msd? can anybody email me a file with the custom tune to turn off egr. or a schmatic on the egr circuit. a resistor mite fool the ecm too.

You can buy a custom tune & have it e-mailed to you for around $150. It will be a much better tune than any of the canned predator tunes anyway so it's well worth the money. DCX Depot seems to be a good source for custom tunes.

emailed DCX. they have not got back to me yet. but the light went out on its own. does anybody have schmatic for the the egr..?????

i guess ill have to suck it up and buy a new egr valve and tie it on and still use the egr delete. or does anybody have another other suggestions??????

Find a used Predator, with the old school software still on it. Isn't there a way to download the old files?
