    yet another exhaust post

ok, on my 06 MSRT8 i have gutted cats, x-pipe, no mufflers. I absolutely love the way it sounds..... But on the performance side i need some back pressure. I have noticed a lose in power out of the hole. I just want to know a good sounding throaty muffler (like a single chamber, or canister style) i can run thats not crazy expensive and wont quiet the 6.1 too much. Also should i run the after axle mufflers or the mids.... I have heard my set up with super 40's mounted mid pipe and sounded just like a mustang, not really looking for that. Any help is appreciated

I just had a good laugh lol.. As soon as I started my exhaust thread - then click "New Posts" I saw your Thread "yet another exhaust post"

Well here is the thread I just made, and I would reccommend LMI reso`s. I love the way mine sounds, and I would bet money on - (what I believe is small reso`s before my exhuast tips), would be almost identical to LMI`s reso`s=giving off the same sound

Others will chime in.... (yet no one helped me in my exhuat thread asking Q`s about removing my JBA Mufflers in the first place lol

haha everytime i hit refresh i seen a new exhaust thread so i know what you mean. my probblem is, everytime i look on youtube for sound clips nobody has the same setup as me therefore will have a different sound. do you happen to have a sound clip? if not does it still have the muscle sound they have straight piped but with the deep throaty sound of mufflers? thanks

It is quieter than my fathers 300C WITH mufflers while cruising, but one you accelerate/WOT, it is SO loud and sounds amazing. hard on the MPGs ever since lol (heavy foot)
