who replaced the resos with high flow mufflers?

looking for someone to comment on just replacing the resos with a higher flow muffler, i have a daytona catback but want some more sound so i wanna do away with resos with higher flow mufflers, so anyone who HAS replaced the resos with mufflers let me know how much the sound changed and what mufflers fit up in there! thanks in advance guys!

I do know that the reso's do a lot of quietening of the exhaust. They also eliminate the resonance if you are concerned about that.

I had a pair of Magnaflows running to straight tips for a while, nice rumble, droned a bit at certain rpm/gear/speed/throttle combinations and made me nuts when I added the high flow cats.

That's when I added the Zoomers Cannon Tips, which smoothed it right out. No more 'whiiiip-CRACK' at WOT 1-2 shifts but not droney either. Stay out of MDS and drone shouldn't be that much of an issue.

Do you have the high-flow cats? If not, why not do them first, flow more now and enable future mods to have a greater potential - Plus they change the exhaust note for the better.
