    What next???

After a Gibson cat back, AFE2, 4128 thermo, my Maggie still gets smoked by my sister in laws 300 5.7 that's stock.
I pulled fuse 11, disconected the battery cable for half an hour (put my rt foot in pulled my rt foot out, and all that jazz to get back to the other functions working) - and still don't seem to be realizing much of anything.

06 Mag R/T with an 05/5 build date.

I wonder if the SC chip or BG will turn things about.

I'd normally run for max economy, with So. Cal fuel costs, but want to kick it when I want to!

Fuse 17 pull gives me ESP/BAS light and ABS/BRAKE warnings, but no "Mr squigly" light - And results in a 6' burnout. (PMe'd NOESP)

Does SC just set you to a 6250 shift point, or can tht be adjusted? I'd rather not tach over 6000 RPM. What's the difference with the BG setup?
I haven't heard any positives on the SC , mostly gripes of non functional.

Everything that's claimed 1-3 MPG has made me 1 MPG combined (maybe), insread of a combined 3-9 mpg , (which I didn't expect).

Looking for guidance on where to go next.

I'd like to kick up the performance before commiting to a hood and other exterior changes.

Harold, don't pull fuse 17 anymore. It does absolutely nothing for an 06 Magnum. Keep in mind there is a weight difference between the two cars. The best bang for the buck at this point would be the SC tuner and hi-flow cats. The tuner advances the timing with the 91 octane tune, and reduces TQ management to firm up the shifts. There are a few flying around here for sale so check the buy/sell forum. The hi-flow cats open up the breathing quite a bit. BTW, I believe both will help your fuel economy, as well.

Good luck and go smoke your sister-in-law's 300C!

I just took off my SC91 oct tune yesterday cause I'm going in for service monday. Holy $hiat man, its a different car, woof woof, she's doggy. The SC tuner gives you choice to raise the rev to 6250, I believe. Trust me, try it. I have the original version on a october 04 build RT. Mileage should go up as much as 1 mpg though you have to run 91 octane, I have found that mine runs just fine on that tune with 89 oct, but others have not.

I like my MDS, sorry B&G.

I'll have to look into the hi flow cats, I recall there are two types, one is CARB legal. Seems to be the logical choke point in the system.

    Thanx for the input.
