    VVT Timing Gears / Chain Install Info Needed

    Does anyone have the install info for the phaser and lower sprocket alignment marks positions?

    There are rectangles on the chain 2 for the cam gear mark and 1 for the crank gear mark. The crank geaR mark is a dot on one tooth, the cam gear mark is a rectangle and it is on the of the face of the gear and is a little hard to see but it's there.

    Back when I needed this info nobody really helped,then I found this.

    #1 piston at TDC
    timing mark on cam get at 12,then just put the chain on like this and your good to go.

    Wish I could help with the phaser.

    Yep only difference is the chain its upside down compared to gen 3's and the cam gear mark... And make sure #1 cyl is ATDC cuz the crank tooth's not exactly at 6 it more like 5:45...
