RIP My Friend
N/A power is soo much more sexy than F/IExhaust all your N/A mods first and then if you need more hp go with F/I. I wouldnt recommend S/C's though on any car since the turbo setup is actually proven and will make more hp/tq for you.
I would have to say Heads/Cam...You can put just enough power with OUR H/C Package...And just think you are still N/A with more room to grow..

Heads & Cam with a proper CMR Tune and bolt on Mods like Intake, Headers, Exhaust and you will be more powerful then ASM on a stock motor with bolt ons, and a lot safer currently.

I say go with a turbo and when you can afford it buy some turbo specific parts that way you can crank the boost up. I can't see spending the money to max out a NA motor and then have to replace parts when you decide to go turbo....if in fact you do. Personally if it were me I would save until I had the funds to do it both at the same time.

I have been pondering this myself. I think the answer is Heads and cam. A few reasons.
One. Its cheaper, you can get almost the same power if not equal to the same for half the price. The Heads and cam may run around 3K or so, a SC will be 6K easy. Even if you pay someone to install the heads and cam you are still cheaper than the SC
Two. Piece of mind, Less prone to make your motor go BOOM!
three. Stealthy, No one will know till you blow by them. Everyone can see the SC.
